| Today's real estate transactions present some very unusual circumstances and agents need to know how to handle issues to avoid problems as well as reduce their exposure to risk. This class will explore agent's and a broker's duties and responsibilities, review the agency requirements and discuss what actions must be include to be compliant with the Code of Ethics. Examples will be sited to help agents identify problems and the steps needed to be taken to run their day to day real estate business within the confines of real estate laws and regulations. |
